Clicking the "Players" button on the Round Edit page brings up the Round Player List page. The Round Player List page shows all the Players that you've setup as "Round Players" for the selected Round.
The "HCP Index Used" column shows the Handicap Index Used value for the Round Player, if any, and the Course HCP Used shows the Course Handicap Used for the Round Player, if any. These values will only be populated if the associated Player has a Handicap(s) Used value other than "None", and the Include Round in Handicap Index value is set to True for the current Round.
To create a new Round Player, click the "Add Round Player" button on the Round Player List page.
On the Add Round Player page, the Player and Course Tee fields are required.
The Player dropdown is populated with all Players that you've setup on the Player List page.
The Include Round in Handicap Index checkbox allows you to select whether to use this Round when calculating the Handicap Index for the Player associated with the Round Player. The default is for the box to be checked.
The Course and Slope Rating Type dropdown allows you to select whether to use the Men's Ratings or Women's Ratings for the selected course. This setting only applies if you choose to include the Player's score for the Round in the Player's Handicap Index calculation.
When the "Save" button is clicked, if the Player has a Handicap(s) Used value other than "None", and the Include Round in Handicap Index checkbox is checked, the Handicap Index Used and Course Handicap Used will automatically be calculated for the Round Player. These values will then be shown on the Round Player List and Round Player Edit pages. The Course Handicap will be used on the Scorecard pages to calculate the Net Scores for the Round Player.
To edit an existing Round Player, click on the Round Player item on the Round Player List page.

If the Round was accidentally included when the "Calculate Handicaps" button on the Player page was previously clicked, you can come back to this page and uncheck the Include In Handicap box, and re-run the Handicap Calculation to remove the Round from the Player's Handicap Index.
